The Skills Gap

Dying Arts, High Demand

For every 5 tradesmen retiring, only 1 apprentice is entering the workforce. This gap makes finding a certified welder or a master machinist one of the hardest tasks in modern recruitment.

We maintain a "Warm Bench" of trade professionals. We verify their certifications, test their blueprint reading skills, and often conduct practical weld tests before they ever arrive at your site.

We Verify:

  • AWS / ASME Certifications
  • G/M Code Proficiency (Fanuc/Haas)
  • NEC Code Knowledge (Electricians)
  • Bluebeam / Revit Skills
