Pro Ninjas wasn't started by generic recruiters. It began as a strategic initiative within the Tek Ninjas group to bring engineering-grade precision to the staffing world. In 2015, we launched to help Texas manufacturers who demanded more than just "bodies in a warehouse."

Over the last decade, we have refined our model. By 2021, we integrated Tek Ninjas' AI-powered sourcing tools, allowing us to identify passive candidates with a speed and accuracy that traditional agencies simply cannot match.

The Ninja Vetting Protocol™

We don't throw resumes at the wall. Our proprietary 5-step process ensures a 96% retention rate.

  • 1. Discovery & Site Walk: We visit your facility to understand the culture, safety hazards, and "unwritten rules" of the job.
  • 2. The 10-Point Screen: Criminal background, drug screen (5/10 panel), E-Verify, and skills testing (Bennett Mechanical, Excel, etc.).
  • 3. Behavioral Interview: We test for "Reliability" and "Attitude" using situation-based questions.
  • 4. Safety Orientation: Candidates undergo a mini-OSHA briefing relevant to YOUR specific environment before Day 1.
  • 5. Day 1 & Day 30 Check-ins: We don't disappear. We verify attendance on the first day and satisfaction after the first month.
